Well we are back to the canteen cup for this one. This week we take on an easy chicken chili for camp. I was really pleased with how this came out. Having not just finished a hike this was enough for my wife and I for super as it is cooked here. After a day hiking I might wolf down the whole pot though.
With a couple of easy changes you could also make this a vegetarian chili.
