INGREDIENTS –

Chopped Carrot – 1/2 cup
Yellow Bell Pepper – 1/4 cup
Red Bell Pepper – 1/4 cup
Green Bell Pepper – 1/4 cup
Broccoli Florets- 1/2 cup
Mushroom – 1/2 cup
Cottage Cheese (Paneer) – 1/2 cup or 100 gm
Salt – 1 tsp or to taste
Black pepper powder – 1/4 tsp
Oregano – 1 tsp
Chilli flakes – 1/2 tsp
Lemon juice – 1 tsp (optional)
Oil – 2 tsps

  1. Instead of lemon juice and dry ingredients, try adding soy sauce and vinegar. These 2 things are enough to give the veggies a desired flavour
