Lomo Saltado, recipe in the description!



Recipe for 3-4 people.

Ingredients:
500g beef tenderloin or sirloin, thinly sliced
2 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons red wine vinegar 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 onion, thinly sliced
1 bell pepper, thinly sliced
2 tomatoes, sliced into wedges
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon ground cumin
1 teaspoon paprika
Salt and black pepper to taste 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
Cooked white rice, for serving French fries, for serving

Directions:
In a bowl, marinate thinly sliced beef with soy sauce and red wine vinegar.
Set aside for about 15-20 minutes.
Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over high heat. Add marinated
beef slices and stir-fry until browned. Remove from skillet and set aside.
In the same skillet, add a little more oil if needed. Sauté thinly sliced onion,
bell pepper, and minced garlic until softened.
Add sliced tomatoes to the skillet and cook briefly until they start to soften.
Return the cooked beef to the skillet. Season with ground cumin, paprika,
salt, and black pepper. Stir-fry everything together for another minute or
two.
Remove from heat and sprinkle with chopped fresh cilantro.
Serve hot, with cooked white rice and French fries on the side.
