French Fries
5 to 6 Russett Potatoes cut into fires
2 tablespoons Olive Oil
2 tablespoons Cornstarch
1 teaspoon Salt
1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
1/2 teaspoon Black Pepper
1/2 teaspoon Cumin

Steak Marinade
1 1/2 pounds Flank or Skirt Steak
1/3 cup Olive Oil
1/2cup Cilantro
Juice of 3 Limes
1 teaspoon Chili Powder
1teaspoon Cumin
2 teaspoon Salt
1 teaspoon Black Pepper

Pica De Gallo
2 Tomatoes diced
1/2 Onion diced
1/4 cup Cilantro chopped
1 Jalapeno chopped
Juice of 1 Lime
Salt to taste

1cup Cheddar Cheese
1/4 cup Cilantro

Loaded steak fries lime juice olive oil cumin and chili powder chopped garlic cilantro get this baby all mixed together corn starch garlic powder and salt cumin and black pepper olive oil give this a good mix like this take that mixture pour it over our fries like this

Get these fries tossed around in this mixture add them here on our bacon rack 400° bake them for the first 15 minutes flip them over for another 10 to 12 minutes add a little vegetable oil here over our griddle take our Chasco cook for about 4 to 7 minutes per side looks

Like we are good right here adding our fries into this Skillet we’re going to take our cheese and we’re going to start sprinkling that back at our oven for 5 Minutes m

  1. You cut the steak the wrong way, should've been cut into smaller pieces and then cut against the grain. Not with the grain. Looks good though
