Green chili chicken recipe – Restaurant style
Ingredients:
Chicken – 1/4 kg – washed, cleaned and cut into small pieces
green chilies – 5 no’s (peeled, sliced & crush)
ginger(Medium size) – 1 no (peeled, sliced & crush)
garlic (Medium size) – 5 no’s (peeled, sliced & crush)
Cinnamon & Cloves – 3 no’s
Fennel – 1 tea spoon
Small onion – 200 gram (peeled and sliced)
Pepper powder / milagu – 1 table spoon
Turmeric powder – 1/4 table spoon
Cumin powder/ jeera – 1 table spoon
coriander powder – 1 table spoon
Gingelly oil – 3 table spoon
fresh Curry Leaves
salt – (As required)
