Recipe of Crispy Chili Beef

Ingredients ~
Beef strip – 1 kg
Ginger garlic paste – 1 tbsp
Chicken stock – 1 cube
Pepper – 1/2 tsp
Soya sauce – 2 tbsp
Vinegar – 1 tbsp
Garlic chili sauce – 1-2 tbsp
Ketchup – 1 tbsp
Sugar – 1/2 tsp
Green chili – 1-2
Bell pepper- small (thinly sliced)
Spring onion – 1
Carrots – 1 (Optional)

For beef strip coating –
Flour, cornflour, salt, pepper and paprika.

Method ~
1. Fry the strips and keep them aside.
2. Prepare the sauce by adding a tablespoon of oil to a frying pan. Add ginger garlic paste, chilies and spring onion over medium heat for a few minutes.
3. Sauté for some time, then add carrots and bell peppers.
(Carrots are totally optional, I use it because my kids love it)
4. Add the sauces and spices.
5. Now that the gravy is ready, add the fried beef and cornstarch. Give it a nice stir over a low heat and cover it for 5 minutes.
6. Garnish it with green onions and enjoy with noodles!
(You can add sesame seeds and extra chili for garnish)
