Ingredients: (serves 2)
– Red Onion ( 2)
– 5/6 curry leaves
– lemon grass (1)
– 1 big tomato (diced)
– 4 tbsp red chili paste
– 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
-1 tbsp dried shrimp (slightly mashed)
-1 tbsp oyster sauce
-1 tsp sugar
– 4 tbsp oil
– salt for taste

Marinate the prawns with turmeric+pinch of salt+ 1 1/2 tbsp yogurt (keep aside for 15-20min)

Method:
1. Heat the pan and add 4 tbsp of oil
2. Add ginger garlic paste and dried shrimp, saute till golden brown.
3. Add curry leave, saute and add lemon grass. Cooking until you smell the aroma.
4. Add onion and saute them until onion change to translucent.
5. Add tomato and saute.
6. Then add chili paste and saute.
7. Add water to make the chili cook well. Saute until all the raw chili smell is gone. (Cook about 10- 15mins in low flame)
8. Add 1 tbsp oyster sauce, stir and add sugar. Stir well and let it cook for another 10-15mins.
9. Add prawns, stir and add salt for taste. Cook for another 5min and ready to serve.
10. Garnish with coriander for lovely smell.
