This will be my first time making a Tamale and I’m unsure if this is the right flour I should use. I’m not fluent in Spanish as I always keep confusing the maseca and harina etc. I looked on several YouTube videos and the chefs are using a different flour. I was told at the Mexican food store that this flour I have can be used, but was unsure. However, I don’t know an ingredients list for the recipe to make. Any help would be appreciated!
