Texas-style Brisket Chili w/ Australian Wagyu Brisket

Today, I used some of my leftover smoked Australian Wagyu brisket from Second City Prime and made a Texas-style chili with it, which means no tomatoes or beans. I used four different dried chiles, some aromatics, spices, even some coffee! The brisket was like butter. So tender! Great balance of flavors and just the right amount of spice. This was a great way to use some leftover brisket.
