Muhammara is a Middle Eastern dip made from roasted red peppers and walnuts that’s smoky, sweet, spicy and tangy. Its vibrant reddish orange color makes it a gorgeous dip to serve with pita or Homemade Naan, on top of Juicy Chicken Breast, or as part of a mezze platter.

mahamara is a Middle Eastern dip made
from red peppers and walnuts
Savory sweet Smoky and spicy
start off by roasting red peppers seed
and core them cut them in half and place
them in a 450 degree oven flush side up
for 10 minutes then flip them so their
skin side up and roast them for 20 more
minutes
the skin will be black and easily
peelable after letting them steam in a
paper bag for 10 minutes time to add
everything to a blender the peppers
chopped walnuts garlic a pinch of bread
crumbs pomegranate molasses which is the
sweet and tangy secret ingredient Aleppo
pepper which is spicy and fruity olive
oil lemon juice and salt blend it up
until it’s almost smooth wow what a
stunner
