My go-to as far as an effortless meal is your Scrambled Pancake recipe with some berries (blueberries, blackberries, or raspberries). I only eat OMAD so I also add pre-coooked breakfast sausage links.
I keep berries and sausage links in the freezer and they only take a few seconds in the microwave to thaw before adding to the skillet.
I top this hearty meal with some SF syrup so it also satisfies my sweet tooth (dessert).
I'm elderly with chronic fatigue and other issues so this recipe has been a life-saver for me lately. Thank you so much!
PS. I also make other RuledMe meals. You guys are my low-carb go-to!
