my hubby can literally eat a tub of
hummus in one sitting so it was time to
make some from scratch you’ll first want
to grab three cups of chickpeas either
canned or cooked and then zest a lemon
and juice it it’s much easier to zest it
before juicing pour in the lemon juice
zest some tahini garlic oil
salt and some red pepper flakes you can
then either use roasted red peppers from
a jar or roast your own chop these up
finely and then add these to the food
processor cover with a lid turn it on
and process away it’ll probably take
about a minute or two until it’s nice
and creamy
