the seasoning it’s like I’m seasoning my

condiment to be used after it’s going to
burn long before the steaks cooked so
you kind of want to use that fresh
peppery zestiness that you get like with
pasta cracked on top that’s when you
want to have the pepper not burn it for
20 minutes on the grill
