INGREDIENTS for making bell pepper recipe

1.Bell peppers (assorted colors)
2.tops and seeds removed
3. slices bacon cooked and chopped
4.salt
5.Freshly ground black pepper
6.large eggs
7.Freshly chopped parsley, for garnish

DIRECTIONS
I will let you know some easy and quick methods under 15 mins that you can use to prepare quick breakfast using bellpapers and eggs.
Preheat oven to 400º.Take 3 bell paper preferably of different color .For example i have taken green,red and yellow.
In each bell pepper half, add cheddar and cooked bacon. Crack an egg on top of each bell paper and season with salt and pepper.
Bake until whites are cooked and yolks slightly runny, 20 to 25 minutes.
