Garlic Fried Rice with Egg 🍚🧄🍳

Making a quick and savory breakfast for my wife using an entire bulb of garlic, leftover rice, and a few eggs. A perfect recipe to satiate her love of garlic while also warding off any vampires or other guys who may want to try and kiss her. Enjoy!

Servings: 2

Ingredients:
-1 bulb of garlic (8-10 garlic cloves), peeled and thinly sliced
-2 cups of day-old white rice
-several whole eggs
-salt and pepper to taste
-olive or avocado oil for cooking

Instructions:
-heat a pan on low heat and immediately add 2 tbs of oil and the garlic; mix well
-allow the garlic to slowly heat up and toast, ensuring that they do not overcook
-once the garlic is a light golden color, season with salt and pepper
-add in the white rice; break up large chunks and mix well
-allow the rice to heat up, tossing and mixing every other minute for about 5 minutes
-set the rice aside and cover to keep warm
-add about 1 tbs of oil to the same pan, turn up the heat to medium, and add in cracked whole eggs
-season with salt and pepper and cook yolk to preferred consistency; flip egg over or cover
-remove egg and plate when desired doneness is achieved
-enjoy!

hey guys let’s make garlic fried rice
with fried egg for breakfast since my
wife Rachel is a huge fan of garlic and
savory breakfast I wanted to see how
much garlic I could add and get away
with here I’m using an entire bul of
garlic about 8 to 10 cloves and thinly
slicing them set a pan on low heat add
our oil and garlic toast it nice and
slow cracking our eggs the way Jordan
howlet just posted about adding some
salt and pepper to our garlic once it’s
nice and brown adding in our day old
rice mixing it up let it cook for a few
minutes then set it aside on a plate I
cover it to make sure it stays warm
while I cook the egg add a bit more oil
raise the heat to medium add our egg and
fry it to The Way You Want It season
with salt and pepper cover till it’s
done now I plate it’s been W approved
and that’s it take care guys and follow

  1. I hope you get the attention you deserve! Good knife skills and attention to detail will get you far, even if you are only a home chef. Good video presence too, and you explain the steps! I usually skip channels that I do not know, but I think I will stick around here a for awhile 🙂
