1 lb Ground beef
1 8oz can Tomato sauce
½ Medium Onion
1 Tbsp Minced Garlic
2 Tbsp Soy sauce
2 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
2 Tbsp Apple cider vinegar
1 Tbsp Chili powder
1 tsp Red pepper flake
1 tsp Cumin
1 tsp Paprika
1 tsp Ground coriander
1 Tbsp Honey
To taste Salt & Pepper
