Hakka Style Chili Chicken (dry)

This is my recipe for making Dry Chili Chicken…

I used the following ingredients

1/2 kg boneless chicken breast
1 white onion (medium size)
1 red onion (small to medium size)
3-5 Green Onion stalks/stems
5 Green Chilis (use more if you want it more spicier)
Fresh Ginger and Garlic (amt desired)
1/3 tsp Turmeric Powder
1/2 tsp MSG powder
1 tsp Paprika powder
1 tsp Green Chili Chutney (use more if you want it spicier)
1 tsp Coriander Chutney
1 tsp Ginger Garlic Paste
2-3 tsp Tomato Paste
squirt of Sriracha Sauce (more or less as per your taste)
1/2 tsp Cumin Seeds
1/3 tsp cumin powder
pinch of table salt
1/2 tsp Chili Flakes (use more if you want it spicier)
1 1/2 tbspn Sesame Oil
2 tbspn Soy Sauce
Canola oil to fry the chicken and in the main recipe also, use amt desired
