Quarantine Cooking: Sweet but Spicy Chili

this recipe comes to us from a friend of ours!

you’ll need:
one can of corn
one can of diced tomatoes (preferably chili ready)
one large can of crushed tomatoes
one large sweet onion
three tablespoons of brown sugar
two pounds of ground meat (your choice)
taco seasoning

cook the onions down, add the meat and seasoning and cook until browned.
add the brown sugar and cook for a couple more minutes to caramelize the sugar a bit.
add the corn and tomatoes.
cook down until thickened, about 20-30 minutes on medium.
top with your favorite chili toppings, and enjoy!
