I cooked one of my favorite vegan recipes – A no-meat 3-Bean vegan chili. It is simple to cook – inexpensive to make – and yummy to the tummy – hearty & filling – Try it out!
INGREDIENT LIST:
(2) cans 14.5 oz diced tomatoes (undrained)
(1) 14 oz can kidney beans (rinsed thoroughly & drained)
(1) 14 oz can black beans (rinsed thoroughly & drained)
(1) 14 oz can garbanzo beans (rinsed thoroughly & drained)
(1) 28 oz can crushed tomatoes
(1) medium yellow onion, diced
(1) Lg green bell pepper, diced
(1) fresh jalapeno (seeded & diced)
(1) Lg stalk celery
1/8c chili powder
1 TBS black pepper
1 TBS oregano
1 tsp cumin
