Chili’s Southwestern Eggroll is one of the appetizers that we always order at Chili’s in the Philippines and now in the U.S. This copycat recipe makes use of leftover Costco roasted chicken breast, shredded Jack jalepeno cheese or any available cheese, chopped fresh spinach and pantry canned staples such as whole kernel sweet corn, black beans, taco or chilli seasoning mix. This delicious appetizer is surprisingly very easy to cook.
