hello namaste salaamwalekum satsriyakaal; welcome back to another session with your VahChef at Vahrehvah.com. Today we’re going to make butter paneer pepper fry so dear friends let’s go ahead and learn how to make this. For this take one teaspoon of corn starch or you can even take rice flour one of them i’m adding both of them and to give a nice binding we’re going to add all purpose flour in this add turmeric, garam masala powder salt and ginger garlic paste, now in this add small amount of water and make this into a thick paste Now have a look at this, this is like a thick paste you know even the spoon if I just dip it it is coating nicely just like our pakora batter ok now be careful with the paneer because when you make such a thick batter the paneer pieces will break easily so just make sure you gently coat them and keep it on the side. You fry these coated in hot oil that way the paneer the outside coating will be nice and crisp if you put in a slightly colder oil even the paneer starts getting cooked we don’t want the paneer to get cooked too much we just want the outers coating to be nicely cooked and nicely stick to the Paneer okay look at this, in one minute or one and half minute the paneer outside coating masala will be fried where as the paneer will still be nice and soft now the paneer is all fried and we’re going to slightly let it cool down after which we going to put in a butter and pepper masala. For this you know take some green chillies, curry leaf and in this add butter, the pan is hot so wow this I have added white butter in this but if you are adding yellow butter also it’s fine now while the butter is melting in this add coriander powder, chilli powder and lot of pepper powder the crushed pepper and in this also add small amount of salt because already there is salt in the paneer so a little bit of salt and just let this masala get slightly you know cooked in this at paneer that has been sitting on the side and very gently toss this paneer wow, look at this, haaa you know with the butter with the pepper already this is super super awesome finish it off by adding some lime juice okay not too much and then add some chopped coriander and one more time wow look at this look, look at this, the pieces are really hot and but check this out how nicely the pepper is quoted and the masala this paneer is shining with all the pepper while inside paneer is melting the masalas are just right and nice buttery you know very easy to make and very very tasty but do not forget vahrehvah is all about inspiring others to cook so please post your recipes and cooking tips at vahrehvah.com so others can benefit from your great cooking thank you mm Wow

  2. Wonderful recipe chef like many of your others.. I am a slight health freak so replaced paneer with tofu , instead of deep fry, roasted lightly on pan and used olive oil instead of butter.. The result was great nevertheless ! Thx
