This is my favorite pollo asado but I have never tasted another like it. I have tried SO MANY Mexican restaurants and nothing is nearly as good. Unfortunately it is a 12 hour drive from where I live. I’m seriously considering moving just for this meal because I’m really picky about food but learning how to make it would seem like the better option!
About the chicken:
It’s orange in appearance and I can see small bits of red pepper or chili. It’s from a restaurant called Jalisco so I assume it’s from that region. I’ve tried other Jalisco style pollo asada but none have this much flavor!
