The stuffing for this “Bharwa Mirchi Recipe” is prepared differently in each state, some used “Besan” will be called “Stuffed Besan Mirchi” and so on. Here I am showing you the “Andhra” & “Telangana” famous and common stuff. So just follow our ingredients and instructions shown in this video for tasty “Stuffed Mirch”.

INGREDIENTS:
FOR STUFFING:
Peanuts – 1/2 cup (120grams).
Roasted chana dal -3 tsp.
Sesame seeds – 3 tsp.
Poppy seeds – 2 tsp.
Cashew – 10.
Dry coconut powder – 2 tsp.
Coriander seeds – 1 tsp.
Cumin – 1/2 tsp.
Curry leaves – few.
Ginger – small piece.
Salt – 1 tsp.
Turmeric – 1/2 tsp.
Red chilli powder – 1 tsp.
Garam masala – 1 tsp.

OTHER INGREDIENTS:
Oil – 4 tbsp.
Banana pepper – 17 (or you can take any other baji / #salan mirchi)
coriander leaves – few.
