Delicious Keto-Friendly Beef Chili Recipe! Hearty and Flavorful Award Winning Recipe.

Welcome to My Channel!

Today, I’m excited to share my delicious Keto-Friendly Beef Chili recipe! This hearty and flavorful chili is made without beans to keep it low-carb, but if you’re a bean lover, feel free to toss in a couple of cans.

In this video, I double the batch and show you how I split and freeze portions for quick and easy dinners on those busy days when you don’t have time to cook.

Ingredients:

2 1/2 lb. ground beef
1 large onion, diced
1 green pepper, diced
8 cloves garlic, minced
2 15-oz cans diced tomatoes
1 6-oz can tomato paste
1 4-oz can green chilies
2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1/4 cup chili powder
2 tbsp cumin
1 tbsp dried oregano
2 tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper
Instructions:

Heat olive oil in a large pan, add ground beef, and cook over medium-high heat, breaking up the meat as it cooks. Cook until nicely browned.
In another pan, heat olive oil over medium-high heat, add diced onion, green pepper, and minced garlic. Cook until softened.
Combine the onion mixture with the browned beef and stir.
Add all remaining ingredients to the pan and stir well.
Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce to a simmer. Simmer for two hours.
Serve with sour cream and shredded cheddar cheese, as desired.
Watch to the end for my tips on splitting and freezing this chili for those nights when you need a quick and tasty dinner.
