TEN MINUTE MEAL: Italian Chili! (quick easy recipes + vegan recipes + Italian soup + family recipes)

Hey guys! Welcome back to another Tasting Positive video! Today I will be sharing one of my favorite weight loss recipes! Today’s recipe is packed with fiber, protein and tasty Italian flavors. Enjoy!

Ingredients:
Basil
1 cup Kidney Beans
1 cup Canelli Beans
Full Jar Tomato Basil Marinara Sauce
4 cups Water
1 cup Pre-cooked Lentils
Fresh Garlic
1 cup Macaroni (optional)

All rations are up to your personal preference! I prefer to do 1 cup of each ingredient! If you want a more traditional style “chili” feel free to add more lentils!
