I got a couple of the extra avocado Verde sauce packets, so I can use them on food at home.
Kind of forgot about them, but we are having Mexican tonight.
So I got them out and they look like this. I decided to shake the top one, just to see if the oils would recombine and it looks like did.
Just wondering, do y'all think these are safe to eat still? I don't want to have stomach problems when I didn't even go to Taco Bell today ya know.

looks like perfectly good dijon mustard to me!
Definitely, these are the same colors as the one I had in my pocket that I found while ordering more Taco Bell. 💀 (Yes, they went through the washer and dryer.) edit: I want to say I was answering the question of: Think these have gone bad. Sorry for any confusion.
Were they refrigerated? I know most of us just toss Taco Bell sauce in a drawer somewhere but you specifically have to keep these refrigerated.
Checked the sauce drawer… still good
Worst case scenario buy extra toilet paper 🤷
You just have to shake it. After a little bit of time out of the fridge the oil separates. Just wave back and forth and it will be good as new.
No, these need to be refrigerated
I threw mine out today that looked like this. They were stored in the fridge. The avocado probably goes bad faster.
It’s not a big deal if they split, but the coloration is a no-go for me. Give it the sniff test.
Why do these look way different than mine? Mine are not see through and are long.
There’s avocado in it. Even when refrigerated, avocado usually goes bad in less than a week.
The fact that these go bad so quickly suggests to me that they have fewer preservatives than other “avocado” sauces.
Give it a little tastey taste and let us know
Only my way to find out is to use them in an enema asap…
They look like they’ve been heated up, they broke and separated. Def don’t eat!
Definitely. Go for it.
The weird thing is I have left mine out for at least a couple weeks (before realizing it needed to be refrigerated) and it still didn’t look this discolored. Def didn’t look good but still had some green to it lol
What we have noticed in the locations that if even staying in side, the boxes in the walk-in refrigerator we noticed a little separation with the oil inside the packet, but this appears that they were left outside in room temperature for an extended period of time at some point, also the packets are put in bags with hot food and the case with the quesadilla it’s physically sitting on top of the quesadilla for easily 30 minutes. If delivery.
And here we see the average Taco Bell fan scared that actual food goes bad, confusion has ensued.
Lmfao I know you know those come green my friend, put me in the will if you do tho
