Ingredients
Avocado Oil – 1 tbsp
Pork (cubed) – 1/2 lbs
Potatoes (cubed) – 3
Onion (diced) – 1
Tomatoes (diced) – 2
Hatch Green Chile ( I used hot) – 1 cup
Garlic (minced) – 3 cloves
Salt – 1/2 tsp (taste at the end and season to your liking)
Water – 1 1/2 cups
