Chili Garlic Silken Tofu

let’s make chili garlic silk and tofu this is what I make whenever I don’t feel like cooking it is also one of my favorite ways to eat tofu to make the sauce combine chili flakes chili powder garlic green onion black vinegar shaing wine and soy sauce together you can pour the sauce on top of the tofu immediately and serve it as a cold dish or you can steam the Tofu for about 10 minutes and serve it hot sometimes I like to eat it with rice sometimes I enjoy eating the tofu by itself once you pour the chili garlic sauce over the tofu add 2 tbsp of sizzing oil to bring out the flavors
