Garlic Pepper Chicken | South Indian Style Garlic Pepper Chicken Recipe

Garlic Pepper Chicken is a delicious, aromatic, hot & spicy side dish to serve with rice or chapati. This dish is great to enjoy during monsoon or winters. Garlic Pepper Chicken recipe is super quick to make as it needs no grinding masala, no elaborate cooking and is made with simple and basic ingredients. Please adjust the spice level as per your taste.

Ingredients :

500 gms Chicken with bones (cut into medium size)
2 to 3 tbsp Vegetable Oil (Sunflower Oil)
¼ tsp Cumin Seeds (Jeera)
¼ tsp Fennel Seeds (Saunf)
2 Dry Red Chillies (cut into half)
1 ½ tbsp Garlic (chopped)
120 gms or 1 large Onions (sliced)
1 tsp heaped Ginger Garlic Paste
2 nos. Green Chillies (chopped)
½ tsp Turmeric Powder
½ tsp Red Chilli Powder
1 tsp Coriander Powder
1 tsp Pepper Powder
½ tsp Garam Masala Powder
½ tsp Salt (or as per taste)
50 ml Hot Water
1 tsp Pepper Powder (or as per taste)
1 tsp Lemon Juice
Few Coriander Leaves
Few Curry leaves wherever required

Note : tsp is teaspoon
tbsp is tablespoon
