Badia: Roasted Garlic powder
Goya: Adobo light 50% less sodium
Great Value: Onion Powder
Ortega Burrito Seasoning Reduced Sodium
1 can Reduce Sodium Great Northern Beans
1 can Reduce Sodium Pinto beans
1 Can cream style, Regular or even frozen corn
1 Can of Campbell cream of chicken soup
4 Lg Chicken Thighs or Chicken Brest
(Cook on low for the day in the crockpot)
Serve with corn chips, sour cream so good + Cheese
