3 Ingredient Awesome Chili Onion Omelette Indian Malaysian Style..So Yummy! – Spicy Omelette Indian Style
Only need 3 ingredients with a bit oil to fry….can eat as it’s own so yummy!
Onion 1pc – chopped nicely
Red chili or green chili 1pc – chopped nicely
3 Egg (A grade) if use smaller egg,make it 4-5 egg.
A bit oil for fry
Cooking style:
Crack all eggs in a bowl and whisk nicely
Put some oil just enough for fry onion and chili,after oil heated,slow the fire to low.
Put in the sliced onion and chopped chili,fry it until cooked.
Take out the fried onion and chili and put in the beaten eggs mixture,then mix well
Check the pan,if oil not enough,add some then wait until pan heated.
Now add all into the pan and fry well,you can take out the egg half way or cooked it fully (some people like soft half cook fry and some like full cooked,as we like it full cooked!
This chill onion fried egg recipe is simple,can prepared within minutes and yummy,even can eat it as it’s own!
