That rivet is very unlikely to be something an employee would have handy to put in your food and has nothing to do with your feeling sick (without some additional element on the rivet.) That snapped off a panel on a piece of equipment and dropped into ingredients somewhere in the food chain. Your feeling sick could be gas or could be annoyance/fear, etc of finding metal in your food that could have broke a tooth.

All these people in the thread saying OP should contact an attorney.. lol. This is an unfortunate situation and OP might be able to get some free coupons/gift cards from Taco Bell, but I don’t see how there’s a claim/lawsuit here. There’s no injury, it wasn’t intentionally put in the food (as far as we know). Unfortunately this happens far more often than one might assume.
