Apologies if this is the incorrect sub for this but I was at the tire shop and this lady was selling these out of her car. There was a language barrier so I couldn’t ask what they were but it was delicious.
From what I could taste it was pieces of shaved coconut (along with some larger pieces), cream of some sort, vanilla flavor, cinnamon, and maybe shaved ice?
She was saying something along the lines of “polley” or “tolley”. Any help on what this is would be great.
