I entertain guests with an evening of friends, food and song. My long time buddy, Paul, captures it on film and miraculously edits the footage into a watchable cooking show with live music for all to enjoy (and so my guests may re-live their experience over and over and over again).

In this episode I make my incredible Chili and New England Clam Chowder (based on a recipe by Jasper White). With the help of my musical guests, we play the song “Dancing in the Moonlight” by King Harvest
