let’s make a beet summer salad as a society I don’t think we talk enough about beets not only do they have so many nutritional benefits like containing antioxidants and improving blood pressure heart health inflammation and more but they also taste amazing and are so versatile I grew up loving beets and salads and I realized it’s been so long since I’ve had a beet salad how many times can I say salad so for today I used arugula cucumber onion Sano chili corn and of course the star of the show beats for the dressing I made a super simple balsamic vinegar but it really comes together so easily and it’s a delicious salad you can make now the grilling season is upon us
