Ingredients
For Masala Paste
– Oil 1tbsp
– Butter 1tbsp
– Chopped Onion 3-4(medium size)
– Garlic cloves 5-6
– Ginger 1inch slices 2
– Cashew Nuts 2-3tbsp
– Chopped Tomatoes 4-5
For Gravy
– Paneer Cubes 200grams
– Butter 2-3tbsp
– Salt to taste
– Red Chili Powder 1-2tsp
– Coriander Powder 1tsp
– Turmeric Powder 1/4tsp
– Cloves 5-6
– Cinnamon 1-2inch
– Bay leaf
– Kasuri Methi
– Garam Masala 1tsp
– Fresh Cream 2-3tbsp
– Coriander Leaves
– Water
Method
1) In a pan add oil, butter, onion and saute it till light brown color. Add giner, garlic, cashews and tomatoes. Cook till tomatoes are soft cooked. Let it cool
2) Grind into smooth paste and keep aside.
3) In a kadai add butter, cloves, cinnamon, bay leaf and ground paste. Saute for a minute. Add Salt, red chili powder, turmeric powder and coriander powder.
4) Add sugar, kasuri methi and garam masala and required water. Cook for 8-10 minutes on medium flame.
5) Add paneer cubes and cook for 2-3 minutes. Add Fresh cream and mix well
6) Finally add coriander leaves and turn off stove. Serve with roti/naan/gheerice.
