

I must have bowels of steel because there has been ZERO diarrhea after eating an entire little Tupperware. I used the entire box of those bad boys.
Instead of just napa cabbage, I like to mix it up and do bok choy and red cabbage for color and crunch. For this batch I doubled the amount of fruit required. Put equal amounts of pear and apple into the blender, then packed the measuring cup full both times. Also used maple syrup since I couldn't find corn syrup. I did not use a scale this time. Internet said 150 g equals to bout 3/4 a cup so that's what I went with.
Can't taste alot of ginger or garlic. Main flavor profiles are sweet and creeper heat. I chose to ferment it on counter top for an entire day before sticking in fridge. Fair warning, juices might leak from fermentation pressure.
