Tandoori and Achari Peri bites

Ingredients for tandoori masala:
Coriander seeds 2 tbsp
Cumin powder 1 tbsp
Garlic powder 1 tsp
Cloves 9-10
Mace 1
Cinnamon sticks 2 pieces
Green cardamoms 4
Black cardamom 2
Salt 1 tsp
Red chili powder 1 tbsp
Kashmiri chilies 2
Citric acid 1/4 tsp
Yellow food color 1/4 tsp
Ingredients for tandoori peri bites:
Oil 2 tbsp
Green chilies (big size) 6-7
Chicken (boneless strips) 1 cup
Tandoori masala 2 tbsp
Cheddar cheese as required
Bread crumbs as required
Egg (beaten) as required
Oil for frying

Directions for tandoori peri bites:
In a blender add coriander, cumin, garlic powder, cloves, mace, cinnamon sticks, green cardamom, black cardamom, salt, turmeric, red chili powder, Kashmiri chilies, citric acid and yellow food color.
Blend all the spices until you get a fine powder. Your tikka masala is ready. Set aside.
In a pan heat oil, add chicken and cook for 1 to 2 minutes.
Then add tikka seasoning and cook for 6 to 7 minutes or until chicken is fully cooked.
Take green chilies, deseed them and stuff them with prepared chicken and cheese.
Now dip them in egg and then coat in bread crumbs.
Heat oil in a pan and deep fry green chilies until light golden brown.
Your tasty tandoori peri bites are ready to serve.

Salt 1 tsp
Red chili powder 1 tbsp
Fennel seeds 2 tbsp
Red chili flakes 2 tbsp
Mustard seeds 1 tsp
Turmeric 1/2 tbsp
Garam masala 1 ½ tbsp
Coriander seeds 2 tbsp
Nigella seeds 2 tbsp
Cumin seeds 1 ½ tbsp
Fenugreek seeds 1/4 tsp
Ingredients for achari peri bites:
Oil 2 tbsp
Green chilies (big size) 6-7
Chicken (boneless strips) 1 cup
Achari masala 2 tbsp
Cheddar cheese as required
Bread crumbs as required
Egg (beaten) as required

In a blender add salt, red chili flakes, fennel seeds, chili powder, mustard seeds, turmeric, garam masala, coriander seeds, nigella seeds, cumin seeds and fenugreek seeds.

In a pan heat oil, add chicken and cook for 1 to 2 minutes.
Then add achari masala and cook for 6 to 7 minutes or until chicken is fully cooked.
