    I never heard about this dish, but it seems good, we have something called torito, that have more sauce than a burrito and it meant to be soaked in salsa, but this is totally drowned.

    Maybe someone can also comment if they have seen this in somewhere in Mexico region.

    Looks good to me! We love our red and green chile in Colorado as well, but the green is much more popular here compared to the red. I love both.
