So i was at the store and i was planning to buy this menu with mobile app and to pickup the food at counter. But then i somehow checked the prices on the store tablet and noticed this.
The same menu in the store had lower price than in the app. And in the app there was a reward of 10% off of that menu. So literally it was fake discount. Collecting points in taco bell is a lie they will pay you more anyways
