  1. Looks delicious, Claudia. My family enjoys chile Colorado, but I've never added nopales. Maybe it's time to try something new…

  2. I've been thinking all week how to cook nopales and now you post this???? I love you you're my hero when it comes to learning Mexican recipes ❤️❤️❤️

  3. Thank you Claudia. This is one of my favorites!! You just made this look so easy to make! I’ll definitely try this recipe! Thanks

  4. I've noticed that you've been using that heavy cast iron skillet in more of your videos. I have one just like it and prefer it since it holds the heat better than teflon pans.

  5. Looks Delicious!!! 😂👍🏼 But I have a question….. I've always had to "Strain" my chili sauce after using the blender, to strain out the tiny pieces of 'chili skins' that are left…. I see you didnt do that (?) 🤔🤷‍♀️ Whats the secret? Thanks for your help!!! 😉❣️

  6. Hi Claudia, I wanted to start by saying thank you so much for all the work you put into your videos. My mom never taught me how to cook and now whenever I make one of your recipes I always get compliments, so thank you for teaching me how to cook ❤ I also wanted to request if you could do a vide of cordon blue chicken with either mushroom sauce or chipotle sauce. I hope you see my comment and look forward to your upcoming videos 😊

  7. This is literally my favorite thing to eat for breakfast it makes me think of my abuelito who cooks this for me every time I visit. This and a cafecito with vanilla creamer. Best combo ❤

  8. Your delicious meals are always mouth watering and its always a pleasure to watch you prepare it. The video editing is always top notch. I think you (or your editor) has mastered the essentials – always like the blending for example, its instant and we do not wait… having all your items prepared… another thing that keeps your viewers from having to spend a lot of time watching someone do the basics… you give us only what we need. You are also very beautiful too and this make the viewing experience even better. I will need to go shopping for nopales, I have never tried.

  9. Well I just ordered your cookbook. I can hardly wait to get it. Thank you so much for your videos. I’m 74 and have learned so much from influencers. Thank you

  10. Claudia I loved your videos and subscribed because you always showed ingredients first. Your videos were never long, they were perfect. Why are they being rushed now😢 ?

  11. I am not familiar with napalitos or the chile pods (are they hot?) Where can you buy these in Vancouver BC? What cut of beef did you use, and what beans are in the dish. More information please. 🇨🇦

  12. Please help I’m gonna be cooking this in about an hour. I bought everything I need but I have a question in the video. It sounds like you say 2 New Mexico chili pod and in the written description for the recipe, it says 8.
Can you please let me know if it’s two or eight thank you
