had an amazing recipe to come in the kitchen this morning to share this recipe with you guys this morning all right [Music] um yeah it is cayenne pepper and lemon juice and it’s it’s amazing just amazing Kur big up yourself thank you so much um I’ve been doing it over the last 3 morning with the Cayenne prepper lemon juice and the olive oil very powerful drink for you guys to do at home all right um I love it it’s you know it’s just fabulous yeah it’s just something amazing I um want to introduce you guys to this morning okay yeah um so this is the Lemon which I’m going to be using so what you want to do you want to rub it like this and wake up the juice of the lemon right yeah you want to um wake up the juice that’s the first thing we are going to do this morning with that lemon um the can prepper guys for some reason you know what I mean I’ve been doing it for it’s going to make the 3 morning but I’m going to tell you something um I encourage you to to do this one this morning if you can if you have the ingredients okay yeah man yeah so what you want to do rub that lemon like this all right yeah then what you’re going to do next is simple get your knife get your knife cut into half you’re going to get it like this all right beautiful sometime I end up use all of it then squeeze out the lemon juice like that all right so it’s supposed to be looking like this when you’re finished with it all right um yeah there is seeds in it but it’s on the other side all right yeah so yeah you can see there are seeds inside of it what is on this side okay so I like to make sure sometime I do use this bit as so inside of it but just to remind you what this recipe is a very beautiful recipe for you to have at home all right yeah very powerful recipe all right next we are going to get the Cayenne prepper this is the Cayenne prepper all right so roughly about half teaspoon of cayenne prepper into it and then give it a mix want to make sure mix it out really well now I’m going to say something to you guys this recipe is a recipe which I’ve been using for a very long time and it’s still effective right going to get the olive oil all right so one two about two tpoon of olive oil inside of it f it out excellent this is our little gloss what we’re going to do we’re going to pour it inside of have it like this so you can see still need a little bit more to F it up so what I intend to do sometime is put a little bit more olive oil inside of it right tap it up sometime I squeeze a little bit more lemon juice in it all right yeah just to have it P to the top all right now that is what I’m talking about right here now this is what I’ve been doing over the last three morning and I’m going to tell you something I can feel the different in my immune system when I wake up in the morning when I go to bed at night it keep me right straight through the day good morning chef Art thank you so much I was on your live keep up your good work all right yeah it’s a very to make it drink it in the morning and also in the morning and one in the evening before you go to bed if you can two times a day very good for this powerful drink all right but what I’m going to do now to be honest I’m going to drink it and then we’re going to close the show right that’s once I drink it that’s it but this one it help you manage your weight help you with your gut um it helped to boost immune system and that’s why I like to drink it for 5 days so we on Monday Tuesday Wednesday tomorrow is going to be Thursday morning and then Friday Saturday and then we close off it next week we do something different all right this is the wake up call for us look after our inum system at home um many people might have said is it prep uh big up yourself oh I see you with un Ringo Vig oh contribute towards ring of vision and support him what he’s doing brilliant giving back to the community and giv him back to all the homeless and most of these money see incred any one of us couldn’t be in that situation so what ring of Vian is doing it’s brilliant so big Up Ring of Vian and you know I mean let’s support him and you know I mean help him so anytime when Ringo Vision you may not have money with you take out a credit card or draw some money and give him tell him to say keep up the good work support ring of vision very good young man all right it’s not easy you know but you have to support all right people let’s do this one quickly so I’m going to take the shot and then we’re going to close the show all right one 2 three wow mhm so that’s how you have to do it one of this in the morning I was going to do one tonight no last night so I will definitely do one tonight before we go to bed Cayenne prepper with olive oil and lemon juice some people put honey in it I prefer do it naturally sometime but the honey is still good in it all right but I I don’t want you guys to get scared of it because it’s not going to be burning you like how you eating Hot Scotch bonnet prepper yeah um it is lemon juice we got the lemon cayenne pepper and good extra virgin olive oil yeah these three things mixed together you make a shot take it in the morning help to get rid of anything inside of the gut all right clean up the stomach and you know what I mean give you a lots of energy during the day you know powerful drink this guys Cayenne prepper and it doesn’t clean your blood all right but it do help to um ther the blood as your blood run fre flly truly all right so I would recommend you just get half a lemon like this some cayenne pepper and some olive oil all
