Ingredients :-
1 large potato (peeled and cut it into fingers)
Oil for deep frying
First Coating:
2 tsp Maida
2 tsp Rice Flour
.
Second Coating:
2 tsp Maida
2 tsp Rice Flour
.
For the Sauce:
2 tsp soy sauce
2 tsp red chilli sauce
1 tsp ketchup
Corn Flour 1 tsp
Water 100 ML

1 Onion (slicely chopped )
1 capsicum (slicely chopped)
Black pepper 1 tsp
Salt to taste
Ginger slicely chopped
Green chillies (2)
Honey 1tsp

INSTRUCTIONS:-
Wash the potato fingers and soak them in water for a minute. This removes any extra starch in the potatoes.
Then boil the potatoes .add some salt too.
Then,
Mix together Maida,rice flour and the boiled potatoes.
For the second Coating,
Make a medium thick batter with Maida and rice flour by adding few tablespoons of water. Dip the potatoes in this batter .
Heat oil in a kadai and then deep fry the potatoes till it turns golden brown.
Drain on a kitchen paper and keep aside.
For the sauce :-
In a bowl, add soy sauce,ketchup,red chilli sauce, corn flour and water.Mix them . Make a medium thick batter kind of.keep it aside .
Now,
Heat 2 tsp of oil in the kadai ,add chopped ginger, finely chopped onion and green chillies.
Stir fry for few seconds. Now add the capsicum and black pepper powder. Saute it for another 1 minute.
Now add the sauce . Stir it till it is kind of thick.
Now add the fried potato fingers. Add one tsp of honey.
Switch off the flame and serve immediately garnished with some spring onion greens.
