To Make Cooking Dal & Broken Wheat

Urad Dal – 1/2 Cup
Chana Dal – 1/2 Cup
Broken Wheat – 1 Cup (200 Ml)
Salt
Turmeric Powder – 1/2 Tsp
Peppercorns – 1/2 Tsp
Ghee – 2 Tsp
Coriander Powder – 1 Tsp
Cumin Powder – 1 Tsp
Garam Masala Powder – 1/2 Tsp
Chopped Tomato – 2 Nos
Yogurt – 1 Cup
Chopped Green Chilli – 2 Nos

To Make Balti Gosht

Boneless Mutton – 500 Gms
Oil – 2 Tbsp
Ghee – 1 Tbsp
Cumin Seeds – 1/2 Tsp
Whole Spices
(Cinnamon, Clove, Cardamom Pods & Bay Leaf)
Onion – 2 Nos Thinly Sliced
Ginger Garlic Paste – 2 Tsp
Chili Powder – 2 Tsp
Coriander Powder – 2 Tsp
Salt – 1 Tsp
Water – 1 1/2 Cups
Tomato – 2 Nos Chopped
Green Chili – 2 Nos Chopped
