Today I’m trying a new recipe! It’s a slow cooker red pork chili dish. This meal has TONS of flavor and is mostly hands-off, making it perfect for a busy day when you need to do a lot of other things (in my case, a LOT of cleaning!)
Cooking during coronavirus quarantine and with grocery shortages has been hard sometimes! We are seeing a lot of meat shortages. I purchase whatever I can find at the store, then come home and look for creative ways to prepare it.
