That's how we call in Chihuahua. Our favorite snack at the office, sometimes we even have it as a main course on Fridays or pay days jejeje. I think it's called differently in other states. It has smashed avocado, lettuce, cheese, tomate, winnis(sausage) and salsita valentina or homemade salsa (optional).
