How To: Dehydrate Chili

FULL RECIPE:
1 lbs. lean beef (add Montreal steak spice & adobo)
1 lbs. sweet Italian sausage (add seasoned salt & Italian seasoning)
*cook meat, drain juices*
Mix in crockpot… all meat, cap of liquid smoke, 1 tablespoon Worchestershire, two 15.5 oz. red kidney beans, one 15.5 oz. chick peas, two 10.75 oz. tomato puree, 10 oz. mirepoix mix, 5 teaspoons minced garlic (approx. 10 cloves), 1 tablespoon onion powder, 2 tablespoons (chili powder, ground cumin, basil, sage, oregano, parsley flakes, Goya hot sauce), and 1 cup cabernet sauvignon.
Cook on lowest setting (10 hours)
