Black Pepper Mutton Gravy, also known as Mutton Pepper Masala, is a flavorful and spicy dish made with tender mutton (goat meat) cooked in a rich gravy infused with black pepper. Here is the recipe
Mutton kali Mirch Recipe Ingredients and Process:
Using Pressure Cooker:
Oil : 1/2 cup
Cardamom : 1
Cinnamon: 1
Black pepper: 6-7
Cloves: 5-6
Sliced onion : 2 medium size
Now fry onion until color changes to light golden on medium flame
Mutton : 1 kg
Cook it for 2 to 3 minutes or mutton color changes to white
Ginger and garlic paste : 1 tbsp
Again cook it for 2 to 3 minutes
Yogurt : 250 gram
Water : 2 cup
Salt : 1/2 cup
Now cover it and cook it for 12 to 15 minutes after the whistle.

Now turn on flame to medium and cook well
Coriander powder : 1/2 tbsp
Cumin powder : 1 tsp
Sabit cumin : 1/2 tsp
Black pepper powder : 1 tsp
Fresh chili : 4 to 5
Dry red chili : 2
Garam masala powder : 1/2 tsp
Milk malai or cream : 1 tbsp
Coriander leaves and sliced ginger

  3. جی محترمہ آپ کی کوکنگ اچھی ہے لیکن اگر آپ کالی مرچ والے گوشت میں گرم مصالحہ ثابت یا پسا ہوا ڈالیں تو وہ کالی مرچ کا فلیور کم کر دیتا ہے. مٹن جو آئل اور لہسن میں پہلے پکا لیں اور پھر دہی ڈال کر گلا لیں بعد میں بھوننے کے بعد کالی مرچ موٹی پسی ہوئ اور تھوڑا سا موٹا پسا ہوا دھنیا ڈالیں مکس کریں اور سبز مرچ سبز دھنیا اور کٹا ہوا ادراک ڈالیں چولہا بند کر کہ دس منٹ کے لیئے دم پے پڑا رہنے دیں. ہاں نمک ایک کلو گوشت کے لیئے آدھا چائے کا چمچ اور کالی مرچ ایک کھانے کا چمچہ استعمال کریں. یہ ہے کالی مرچ والے مٹن کی اصل ریسیپی.
