Cut bhindi (Okra) vertically and coat with mixture made of besan (chickpea), spices like lal mirch powder (red chili), amchoor powder (dried mango), hing (asafoetida), ajwain (carom seeds) etc. and then later deep fry in hot oil until its crispy golden brown. Serve with hot Poori ( ) and Raita for special occasions.
