Ingredients
300 grams medium sized bell peppers
3 boiled potatoes
1 medium sized chopped onion
1.25 tsp sendha namak/himalayan pink salt
2 tsp coriander powder
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
1/2 tsp garam masala
1/2 tsp deghi red chilli powder
1 tsp amchur/mango powder
2 tbsp wood pressed mustard oil

Today we are making stuffed capsicum. For that, I have taken 300 grams of capsicum, washed it thoroughly and wiped it. Take such medium sized capsicum. To make stuffed capsicum, it should not be too big or very small. It should be of such medium size. First of all, we will take out its middle cap like this, and this middle part will also take out the seeds, similarly, we will empty the rest of the capsicum from the middle like this, from above we will take out its cap like this, we have taken out all the capsicum. Cut off the top and empty it completely. Removed its seeds and also removed the white part. Now we will prepare its stuffing and keep it aside. I have taken three big potatoes. These are medium sized potatoes. We will mash them, the potatoes will be mashed well, now we will add one medium sized finely chopped onion. Onion is optional. If you want to add then add it, otherwise you can skip it. I like onion in it, so I am adding salt now. I will add as per taste or teaspoon, I will add a little more. 1.25 teaspoon coriander powder. Two teaspoon turmeric powder. Tea spoon garam masala. Half teaspoon red chilli powder. You can also add as per your taste. Half teaspoon mango powder or teaspoon. This is good. It will give sourness and make capsicum spicy. Now mix all these spices well. Everything is mixed well. This stuffing masala is ready. You check the salt at this time. If it is less then you can add more. I have checked. It is done, mine is exactly equal. Now we will fill this swing in these capsicum. It has to be filled well till inside. The better you fill these, the tastier will be your capsicum. See this, you have to fill it till inside and in the same way all the capsicum are filled. Keep this by pressing all the sides like this. Potatoes have to be put inside it and we will keep all the capsicum in the plate. I have pressed all the capsicum well and filled the potato stuffing in it. So now let’s go towards the gas. We have taken a pan. We will add mustard oil in it. You can add any oil. I use mustard because it makes the vegetable very crispy. I will add about two tablespoons of this oil. I will let the oil heat. The oil has become hot. Now put capsicum in it one by one. Now I have kept the gas on medium, cover it from above and turn the gas on SIM and keep checking it by turning it in between and cook it well from all the sides. It has been two minutes since the capsicum has been cooked. We will turn the side and cook it well from all the sides, like this, turn it with the help of tongs, this is done easily [Music] Cover it again and cook, then remove the lid, then turn it and cook the other side . The gas has to be kept on low, it will taste tasty only if it gets cooked slowly and slowly, otherwise it will remain raw from inside and will burn from the top. Now we will turn it again after every one or two minutes and cook it well . We have turned the capsicum over and cooked it golden brown from all the sides. Now turn off the gas and transfer it to a plate and serve. Look how wonderful the capsicum has turned out. The potatoes have also become crisp from inside and all over.
